Transportation to Local Grocery Stores

Platte County Senior Fund wants to ensure the seniors of Platte County have access to the nutritious items they need. We are now offering limited rides to the grocery store.

Guidelines:

• Must be 60 years of age or older
• Must live in Platte County
• Residents of communities with transportation service are not eligible to utilize our transportation service.
• Grocery rides are included in the 4 round-trip rides offered per month.
• 24 hours notice by 2:00 PM
• One local store per trip
• $7.00 each way for ambulatory clients
• $15.00 each way for wheelchair clients
• The driver may carry your groceries into the kitchen if desired
