Wheelchair Ramps

Platte County Senior Fund is committed to helping seniors stay in their own homes.  As part of our Accessibility Program, $2,000 is available to install a wheelchair ramp.  This is an income based service.  Contact Northland Neighborhoods, Inc. at 816-454-2000 for an application.

Guidelines:

• Must be a Platte County Resident
• Must be 60 years of age or older
• Co-Pay is based on income
