It is a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. An inspection of your furnace could detect a leak and save lives.

Furnace inspections:

Furnace inspections with carbon monoxide testing are available.  The best time to schedule one is between September through mid-November.

Air-conditioning Inspections:

Don’t wait until you come home to no air-conditioning on a hot Summer day!  Call for an inspection and make sure your unit is ready the next heat wave.  Inspections are typically completed from March through May.
