This is an 8 week class that teaches you to overcome the fear of falling. You will also practice some exercises that strengthen the balance muscles. This class is taught by Kelly and Cristina. You will need to attend most of the classes. Please register at the Welcome Center. Gen B.

Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.  

This is an 8 week class and be sure to attend weekly class.
